What are the Association of Collaborative Law Attorneys’ requirements for participating lawyers?
• Attorneys must have been in practice for a minimum of five years. • They must complete a two-day Collaborative Law Center training program and such additional training as the Association requires. • They must be members in good standing of the New York State Bar. • They must commit themselves to faithfully observing all of the elements of the collaborative law participation agreement.
