What are the assignments given to players after joining IndianOil?
Ans: The recruited sports persons will continue to take part in the tournaments till such time they are physically fit. During this period they are assigned work suited to their background and aptitude in any Department / Establishment to the Organisation so as to ensure that they contribute towards the success of the organization along with building the team in the relevant discipline. As long as sports persons are considered “active” in sports, their performance appraisal rating shall be based on the sports performance. After their active participating career in sports is over, they are assigned to suitable disciplines of the Division depending upon their qualifications, suitability and ready availability for coaching. After a player has been decategorized and absorbed in the mainstream his/ her services may be utilized by way of active participation, coaching / training of youngsters, association with various sports bodies, enhancing Corporate image in general by his stature and act
