Title and Periodicity: Fix your title and periodicity and get the title registered with the Registrar of Newspapers of India (RNI) or any other equivalent authority in your country. Contents and editorial policy: It is absolutely imperative that the editorial policy and nature of content is decided. This is best done through an Editorial Advisory Board and a Panel of Editors. Editorial Advisory Board: Don’t collect the best known names for merely adorning your list of advisory board members. This may prove to be negative.
