What are the arrival and departure procedures?

Go Nanny providers will arrive 15 minutes prior to the booking time, at no extra cost to you, in order to go over any special requests you may have for your child/children. We ask that you respect the Sitters needs by abiding by the designated time of your return. This is due to the fact that some of our sitters are chosen for your specified times according to their availability. However, we understand that situations may arise and we ask that you inform the Go Nanny office if you will not be able to return at the agreed upon time. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes past the booked time, a further hour will be charged. We are available for bookings during the office hours of 7am-5pm, our cell phones are on 24hr a day, but are primarily used in case of an emergency. Bookings made after hours may incur a fee.
