The Board has approved a list of professional development subjects that CPD training must address. The professional development subject areas are listed in the Settlement Agents Regulations 1982 (Regulation 6). The list of areas is broad so as to provide an opportunity for participants to increase their industry knowledge and to develop skills in relevant areas.
