Fellows terminating early must notify their business office, sponsor, and NIH awarding IC immediately, in writing, and submit the termination notice to the awarding IC. The NIH awarding IC will issue a revised Notice of Award with a prorated stipend. xTrain will only accept the amount in the revised Notice of Award.
