What are the appointment times?
We schedule appointments every half hour between 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Do you arrive promptly? We ask for a thirty minutes arrival window for early morning appointments and one hour for those scheduled after 9:00 am. 90 minutes after 2:30 pm. 120 minutes arrival window for bi-weekly, weekly, tri-weekly appointments. What are your payment arrangements? Cash and checks are accepted. If no payment is left for the maids to pick up, the credit card on file will be charged. What about cancellations? We have 36 hours cancellation/rescheduling policy. To cancel please call 1-800-962-4124 or log into your online account. How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment? Sometimes same day service is available, but other times we are booked solid for three days in advance. What are your office hours? We are open Monday thru Saturday 7:30 am- 7:00 pm.
