What are the applications for height data?

The aerial photography offered on the Bluesky MapShop is made up of many hundreds of thousands of individual aerial photographs. There may be a time difference of several years between two photos, and they may have been taken at different times of the year. Our expert team do their utmost to minimise the visible join between two dates, using state of the art image processing software, but sometimes only so much is possible without causing damage to one or both of the photographs. If the join is extreme, please let us know and we might be able to improve it.
