What are the alternatives to clustering?
The alternative to clustering allowed by the General Plan is spreading homes throughout the project site, thereby increasing environmental impacts. Doing this would likely mean no protected open space; no community access; no mitigations for traffic, water or septic; no protection for the deer migration corridor; no protection of the oak woodlands; no protection of cultural resources on site; and other impacts.
