We have looked at programs used by other Total Ministry teams. None so far is as ready to go’ for us as EFM. Most likely the alternatives would be designed for individuals as the need occurs. If there are many people unable, or unwilling, to participate in EFM, so that an alternative group program needs to be designed, we may need to hire someone to put it together for us in consultation with the Formation and Training Team and the COM. 8.
