What are The Alphabet Crew pre-orders?
To keep our designs unique, original and out of the ordinary many of our products are made to order. If you like the idea of having something that is different to everyone else the pre-order option is for you. All items with a ‘pre-order now’ sash are available to secure in advance. The ‘availability’ heading on each product page states the estimated delivery timeframe. The Alphabet Crew pre-orders require you to pay for your product(s) in full just like a normal The Alphabet purchase. Once your order arrives at The Alphabet Crew we ship it onto you ASAP! Please choose your pre-order item carefully as pre-orders cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you decide to cancel a pre-order you will then be supplied with a The Alphabet Crew credit code to the value of your original purchase.
