DCBA 4 publishes rates (dollar values) for the following, which are effective 1 April: • Foreign Service Premium (FSP); • Day Care Assistance Rate; • Post Differential Allowance (PDA); • Posting Loan – Maximum Loan permitted; • Deductible for Crown Lease/Alternate Transportation; • Operational Foreign Service Premium ; • Hardship Allowance; • Risk Allowance; and • Rent Ceilings.
