What are the allowable costs under Category B: Implementation Component?
Funding must be used to meet the objectives of the cooperative agreement. A fiscal management plan should be adequate to support proposed activities, describe plans for coordinating the overall program with funding to sub-recipients, provide strong sustainability plans, and clearly note the amount of funds to be awarded to rural and frontier sub-recipients.
