You can now request emailed alerts when action is needed in Libraries Australia Document Delivery. You can choose as many alerts as necessary for your particular library. To get alerts set up for your library please email the helpdesk. The alerts are: Alerts as Requester Conditional-Indication: When a Responder sends the conditional message for your Request. Received by Email or FTP: When your Request has been supplied via DocStore. Request (Idle, Check Manual): When your Request has reached the end of the rota without being supplied.
