The objective of the Plan is to provide regular payments over 5 years and to return at maturity an amount equal to 100% of your initial Plan investment. There are two payment options available: Option 1: 6.5% of your initial Plan investment annually, irrespective of FTSE 100 performance, with a potential annual gross bonus payment of 1% Option 2: 0.52% of your initial Plan investment monthly, irrespective of FTSE 100 performance, with a potential monthly gross bonus payment of 0.08% Bonus payments will be made if the Bonus Index Level at the end of each payment period is higher than the Initial Index Level. Please see page 6 of the plan brochure for more details. At maturity, the Plan aims to repay an amount equal to 100% of your initial Plan investment. Full repayment of your initial Plan investment is not guaranteed: your initial Plan investment will be reduced on a one-for-one basis if a Barrier Breach occurs and the Final Index Level is lower than the Initial Index Level at maturit
