What are the Agency Operating Hours?
Answer The operating hours of 4D Agents are as follows: On draw days, i.e. Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays (or Tuesday if there are Special Draws), all 4D Agents open at 8am and close at 7pm. On non-draw days, i.e. Mondays most 4D Agents open at 9am and close at 1pm , Tuesdays and Fridays, most 4D Agents open at 9am and close at 5pm. However, some 4D agents may however choose to operate longer and close only at 7pm. Thursday is the official rest day, as such most 4D Agents do not operate on Thursdays. However, some may choose to open their outlets and they normally operate from 9am to 1pm.
