There are no age restrictions but you will need to have a certain level of fitness. It is suggested that between 7-75 is a reasonable age limit.

Yes there are age restrictions for each of the different events within the series; Kool Kids – 7-11years Scody Enticer – 12years and older Gatorade QTS Triathlon – 13years and older

Participants racing in the Kid’s distance triathlon must be between 7 and 12 years old on race day to compete in the race. Participants racing in the Sprint Aquathlon must be 14 years old and above on race day to compete in the race individually or in a relay team. Participants racing in the Olympic Distance Triathlon individually or in a relay team must be 18 years old and above on race day to compete in the race.

To be eligible to compete in the Brooks triathlon series you must be 12 years of age at 31/12/2008. To be eligible to compete in the Gatorade triathlon series you must be 15 years of age at 31/12/2008.
