What are the age categories (like U7, U14, etc)?
The age categories always start with the letter U, for Under. The number following the U is the specific age category. August 1st of the current year is the cutoff to determine what age group to play in. The easiest way to figure out what age group your child will play in is to determine their age on July 31 of the year you are signing up, add 1 to that number, and you will have the correct age category. For example, if your child is 10 on July 31, they will play in the U11 age category.
