The NVIAC Constitution age requirements are here: MS: Up to 14, Varsity 15 to 18 — “A player who turns 15 years of age prior to 1 August” is not eligible for Middle School teams The NVIAC Constitution grade requirements are here: Middle School: up to 8th grade; Varsity: 9 thru 12 grades – “An individual who turns 19 years of age prior to 1 August” is not eligible to play on a Varsity team.
