The Reservation Agreement allows a prospective resident to reserve a type of residence apartment or home while waiting for that type to become available, or while a current home is being sold. The agreement holds that home preference as the prospective resident’s application and arrangements are being made. There is a Reservation Deposit required which is refundable less a $200 processing fee.
