The advantage to the TPCard is the student never needs to carry cash on campus. Experience with this system has shown that students learn to view the money in their account as their own and, for the most part, they demonstrate fiscal responsibility throughout the year. We believe that the TPCard will give our students a valuable and realistic experience with handling money while giving parents greater control over miscellaneous spending.
