State Health (SHBP) offers a variety of health plans: PPO Option, Indemnity Option, High Deductible Health Plan, Tricare Supplement for eligible military families and 4 HMOs: BlueChoice, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and UnitedHealthcare.
