(top) By using the doctors, hospitals and other providers or facilities in the network, you can receive the maximum benefits under your plan. Additionally, you minimize the time spent doing paperwork, as Midlands Choice providers are responsible for filing all claims for services you receive — just be sure to identify yourself as a Midlands Choice network member. Midlands Choice providers have agreed to a negotiated fee schedule. They will not send you a bill for charges over the negotiated fee; however, they may bill you for any deductible, co-payments or charges not covered by your health care plan.
