What are the advantages of using MBX products to remove “mesh” from aluminum frames?
The “mesh” and the “super glue” are separated from the screen printing frame as particles. These particles fall to the ground; no toxic gases are created. The aluminum surface of the frame is roughened (as if sandblasted) Working the aluminum results in the compression of the surface structure. During removal of “mesh” and “super glue”, no grinding burrs or sharp edges are created on the screen printing frame. The aluminum is cleaned deep into its pores.
