What are the advantages of using MBX products to remove “mesh” from aluminium frames?
The “mesh” and the “super glue” are separated from the screen printing frame as particles. These particles fall to the ground; no toxic gases are created. The aluminium surface of the frame is roughened (as if sandblasted) Working the aluminium results in the compression of the surface structure. During removal of “mesh” and “super glue”, no grinding burrs or sharp edges are created on the screen printing frame. The aluminium is cleaned deep into its pores.
