What are the advantages of students joining a student organizations?
A4. Personal development – When a person becomes involved in an organization, he or she is exposed to a variety of people. The range includes men and women of all ages, academic programs, cultures, and interests. Through working together, sharing ideas and seeking similar goals, we learn more about these people and ourselves. Leadership Training – Every organization needs leaders; it is impossible to progress without their guidance and direction. The skills and talents an individual develops as a leader will always be useful in life. Enjoyment – At a minimum, should you choose to come involved in an organization just for the fun of it, you will have added an enjoyable dimension to your college experience. There is something here for almost everyone. If you dont see it, start it!
