Generally, if time allows, it is an advantage to have your shipment at the warehouse if you prefer your shipment to arrive well in advance of the move in date. The key is to ask yourself “how much time do I have.” If you have everything ready (3-4 weeks before the show) you can go to the advanced warehouse. Please also check your exhibitor kit to see if there might be any discount on drayage fees if you go to the advanced warehouse.
