Please refer to this list of qualifying instruments — if they were purchased January 2003 or later, they may be registered. • Can I register devices that have been purchased before 2003? We’re sorry, but the system will not register instruments that were purchased prior to January 2003. If you’re not sure of your purchase date, try to register your instrument.
