What are the advantages of hot roll laminating a film adhesive?
Hot roll lamination will generally give a very robust attach. Due to the wet-out mechanism, the air is pushed out as the film wet-outs the adherend. This method is best when used with at least one flexible surface and where the surface is relatively flat. This is also a fast process and gives high throughput.
