As foster/adoption specialists, we have a strong reputation and relationships within the public child welfare system, allowing us to truly work as a team with your family and the child’s county or state agency. All of the social workers in our foster and adoption program have a Masters degree in Social Work and many of our social work staff and management are licensed clinical social workers. We also have a very low rate of social work turnover. This means that you will be working with a team of professionals with excellent social work skills and training, who are equipped to work sensitively and effectively with your family.
