The Canon CR5 is the most advanced form of technology available today. The sensitivity rate with ophthalmoscopy is about 66 per cent while with 35mm photography, it is about 88 per cent. Most often with the ophthalmoscope, at least 40 per cent of sight threatening lesions are missed in the eye. With the Canon CR5, precision and accuracy can be assured since the image appears immediately on the computer screen.
