Plasmas are much thinner than CRT’s which makes wall mounting possible (for both the BeoVision 4 and 5) and indeed very desirable as these days we all like to free up valuable floor space! At the moment it’s the larger screens that Bang & Olufsen prefer to use Plasma for, and this is due to the fact they are superior at doing so. Given time LCD will undoubtedly catch up, but for now Plasma leads the way in ‘big screen’ panel technology.
