Quality of effort certainly plays a part, but our enrollment size contributes to Lake Central’s strong performance in sectional, regional, semi-state and state competitions in soccer, baseball, swimming, cross country, softball, golf, track and other sports. The marching band earned a 5th place in the state ISSMA competition and finished 13th in the Bands of America national competition. The Winter Guard earned a silver medal in the Midwest Color Guard Circuit.
