Please keep in mind that different sink mounting styles are basically the same for bar, bathroom and kitchen sinks. So anyone out there doing a bathroom can benefit from this information as well. For many decades, the top-mount sink style was just about the only choice we had for bathrooms and kitchens. Top-mount sinks are very easy to install because the faucet holes are usually incorporated in the sink itself, and in most cases the sink can be “dressed” before installation. Dressing the sink is installing the faucet and drain assemblies before mounting on the countertop.
