What are the Advantages and disadvantages of amnesty for illegal aliens?
Advantage: Illegal aliens becoming legal removes pressure from their lives and lets them know they can keep their families (which they’ve built here) together. Disadvantage: The people who apply to come here legally and wait their turn are discriminated against because they followed the rules. They are discriminated against in the sense that THEY won’t be told they can all come in at moment that the illegals are granted amnesty. They will still have to wait their turn.
