KOOSA Kids ratio of staff to children is fully in line with all statutory requirements. We operate a strict 1:8 ratio of adults to children for children aged 4 to 7 and group activity sizes never exceed 24 children. For our eights and over we aim for a 1:10 ratio, with 1 or 2 members of staff depending on the activity.
