What are the admission requirements for the Valley Child Care Center?
The Valley Child Care Center will not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, religion, national origin, or handicapped status. However, if a child’s handicap requires additional staffing needs, the child will not be able to be enrolled unless special arrangements can be made. The following steps must be completed before a new child can be enrolled. First, the Director or appointed representative will conduct and interview with the prospective parents so that they can become better acquainted with the Center and its policies. Second, the parents will meet with the Director to discuss the child’s level of development. This will be used as the basis for the child’s initial classroom assignment. Once a classroom is selected, the parents will meet with the teacher and teachers aides for that specific room.
