What are the Admission requirements for the LPN to ADN Mobility Program?

0

The student must have applied and been admitted to SCTCC or have their status reinstated if previously a student. However, acceptance to SCTCC does not guarantee acceptance into the LPN to ADN Mobility Program. The student must have a GPA of 3.00 or above in required prerequisite and previous LPN coursework to be considered for admission in the LPN to ADN Mobility Program. The student must be an LPN and have completed courses as listed on the Required Coursework for the LPN to ADN Mobility Program click here. The students will be chosen based on a point system in the proposed LPN to ADN mobility program rubric, which will include: GPA of prerequisite coursework, GPA of LPN coursework, and coursework completed at SCTCC. At this time, we are not requiring work experience as an LPN to be considered for admission. From this rubric evaluation, 80 students will be chosen to take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS-V), which is a multiple-choice assessment of basic academic knowledge
