Admission to Christopher Newport University is selective. We look for students who display the ability and desire to benefit from a rigorous and rewarding academic environment. While we don‘t have specific SAT or GPA thresholds, the middle 50 percent of recently enrolled freshman had a high school GPA of 3.10 to 3.70.
