General admission is always free. (Except during PNE Fair Time) The parking is controlled by the PNE and generally costs $8. Parking is only charged on Live Race Days and if there is an event on at the Pacific Coliseum. Tell the attendant that you are going to Hastings Racecourse and receive a special parking ticket that you can exchange for $3 in Food and Beverage items, plus one of the following: a $3 Live Program or $2 Keno or $2 Simulcast Sheet.
