This screen shows all user details. The administrator can edit the user details & view rights through this screen. The administrator controls the access to the entire system and defines each individual user’s rights. He determines if a user can have the right to create, edit, download, view, approve and delete documents. There are user-defined levels of documentation available in Document Pro. The administrator assigns the level names, prefix and level owners.
