Upon making the reservation, we require that you sign the lease and make your down payment to confirm a reservation. The rental agreement lists this information, as well as the website on the Google map information. We also send this information to you as part of your “Check-in by mail (and email) as well as check-out and sail! You may also contact our office for this information. Local Calls: There is no charge for local calls. It is not necessary to dial the (252) area code. Long Distance Calls: All homes (unless otherwise advertised) have a long distance block. Options for placing long distance calls include calling cards, pre-paid phone cards and collect calls.
