For opening a NRE or NRO bank account, there is a separate form to be filled up. All such forms and document requirements are mentioned on www.icicibank.com. Note: For all the bank accounts opened with ICICIdirect account, no separate bank account opening forms have to be filled. Account opening for the bank accounts to be linked with ICICIdirect account is taken care of by the same application form filled for ICICIdirect account.
