What are the acceptable proof of identity documents – KYC documents?
The following documents are accepted as a proof of Identity also known as “KYC” (Know Your Customer): A. Proof of identification: (Please provide us with a copy of one of the following photo identification documents) – Signed passport – Photocard driving license – National ID – Armed forces ID card – Photo credit/debit card issued by UK/EU bank – Disabled drivers pass or Disability ID – OAP travel pass – Polling photocard B. Proof of address: (Please provide us with an original or a copy of one of the following documents) – Current Council tax bill or payment book (copy) – Current Utility bills (mobile bills, internet access bills, cable and Satellite TV bills are not acceptable) (original or copy) – Current Bank/Building society/Credit Card statements (original or copy) – Current Mortgage statement (original or copy) – Current Benefits book (including Department of Works and Pensions) (copy) – Current Home or motor insurance certificate or motor vehicle registration documents (copy) –
