Subscribers sending traffic to OneStopTel are advised to have H.245 tunnelling parameter enabled (ON). It is acceptable to send traffic with H.245 tunnelling either ON or OFF. Route Termination Provider are also kindly requested to be able to negotiate and accept both types of traffic (ON & OFF,) otherwise completion rates and Average Call Duration will be severely affected, resulting in them being removed from routing.
