The e-audit is one component of the assessment, which will also cover organisational and Information Governance policies and processes. Because of the variability of practice populations, it will not be possible in most cases to define the absolute levels for the indicators; each one is testing a different aspect of data quality, and assessors will be looking at an overall picture of the practice’s data quality and information management.
