What are the ‘A’ numbers shown on the DualCom Plus?
When logging the DualCom Plus onto the Polling Server, Action codes are used to indicate progress. There are 10 action codes as defined below: A0 = the DualCom Plus has been logged onto the Polling Server and is now working. A1 = the DualCom Plus has completed its PSTN calls; please wait A2 = the DualCom Plus has completed its Radio calls; please wait A3 = the DualCom Plus is about to repeat an action; please wait A4 = the DualCom Plus has encountered a problem; please call the CSL Help Desk A5 = Poor radio signals, please re-site the aerial and try again. A6 = the DualCom Plus has encountered a programming problem; please call your ARC A7 = Check that the PSTN line is working correctly and try again A8 = the DualCom Plus has encountered a minor problem; please re-try last action A9 = the DualCom Plus has encountered a major problem; please replace device.
