What are Textile mills?
Textile mills are manufacturing facilities that provided goods for the apparel industry. They sprung up throughout the United States during the Industrial boom in the late1800’s to early 1900’s. Starting in the late 1900’s as the textile industry began to move overseas, many of these historic mills had to shut their doors. Southend specializes in finding and extracting the rare materials left inside of them.
