What are synthesis courses listed in the GE requirement?

0

A synthesis course is considered to be a capstone experience in an area of study such as Humanities or Social Sciences. Synthesis courses are upper division, and should be taken after the lower division courses in an area of study are completed. Synthesis courses are currently being developed. In the meantime, students are allowed to use courses in the Area 5 and 2D. Make sure the Area 5 course chosen will fulfill a synthesis requirement in Humanities or Social Sciences and 2D for Science & Technology Synthesis.
