What are Sydney Business Lawyerss costs?
Our legal costs on a $600,000 purchase (where we do not advise you on any lender mortgage documentation), assuming there is nothing unusual about the purchase, are $2,145 (GST inc.). We do not charge for photocopying etc. You will have to pay for any property reports, searches or other costs, such as registration fees, that we pay for you on the purchase.
